Con l'arrivo di Nave San Giusto ed il taglio del nastro della madrina Noretta Cosulich alla Cittadellla del Mare, è ufficialmente cominciata la seconda edizione di Ottobre blu. L'edizione 2010 è interamente dedicata al mondo della vela, con un calendario ricco di di appuntamenti culturali, mostre e convegni, grazie ai quali Chioggia potrà essere meta per migliaia di visitatori. L'attesa ora è per l'arrivo della gloriosa Nave Vespucci,la nave italiana più famosa al mondo, che approderà sulle banchine del Porto di Chioggia Venerdì 22 Ottobre.
